I will be doing waist meaurements and body fat reading from my body composition scales. Body fat to be taken with a grain of salt a it is not 100% accurate.

Weight: 53.5kg(117.9 Pounds)
Waist :68.2cm (26.6 ")
Inaccurate bodyfat: 14.2%
53.5 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks thats what i've been thinking too euheide! I do feel impatient but i know this seems to be the right way to go about it! Thanks deb i got them from my husband for my birthday after months of hinting after i had my 2nd baby:-) although he thought i looked fantastic at 60kg too he's lovely:-)

After losing 45 pounds, I celebrated by buying myself a purse that I had been looking at for several months. I was waiting for the store to lower the price. ;)

I think thats roughly what I lost after 2nd baby i just remember being 76kg on the day before I had her but that was 9 pounds of baby included lol!
