I actually have lost some weight before joining FS. I was at 198 at the first of the year. Much of it was fluid in my legs from lymphedema (newly diagnosed). Considering I'm only 5' 2.5"....that was the biggest I have ever been.
73.3 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
