Survived Thanksgiving. My splurge was dressing with gravy and some wine. I had a dinner out in the middle of the week where I thought I was careful. It increased my weight worse than the weekend. So, kind of okay with this weekly weigh in.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
