Ha! Even a weekend indulging at a resort in Kananaskis didn't stop my momentum this week. Adding another 500 daily steps to my goal this week and another flight of stairs
114.2 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
