I gained 4 pounds overnight. I came off a 48 hour fast for prayer. For going that long without food, I’m not surprised I gained a lot of weight overnight.
133.7 kg Lost so far: 18.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
