Boing... boing... boing. My weight does this predictable little bouncing ball routine, lol. But overall...I'm headed in the right direction. It's all good 🙋‍♀️

Thanks Santsy....yup....guilty as charged on the sweet tooth, lol. I forgot that you all can look at my food choices....gulp.....now I'm gonna have to be more careful! But, honestly, I HAVE been trying out low-fat desserts...let me know your faves and I will give em a try👩‍🍳👍

Spark, I really appreciate the pep talk...just a weeeee bit discouraged today. One day at a time, one meal at a time...right?

CrystalJo74, dessert ideas A) if before bed make cocoa with whey powder and some cinnamon - sweet chocolate zzzzs B) sliced fruit with some chopped nuts clove, allspice baked C) applesauce, an egg and some flavor for a microwave mug “cake” D) fruit smoothie but sneak some veg in like carrot, beet, celery, cucumber E) Blend scoop of whey powder, 1T flax seed and 1 1/2 cup of blueberries, raspberrys or strawberry and freeze for 20 minute for soft serve “ice cream” F) sugar free jello and popcicles G) keto cheese cake almond crust - egg/cottage cheese filling you can add cocoa powder H) eat more protein first thing in the day and sugar cravings will vanish or if late at night go to bed.

Spark...that is SO helpful! Thank you so much 💜 yes, I'm struggling to get enough protein calories during the day. My caloric intake is running about 200 (or more) less than the recommended 1400. Some days it's barely 1000 cals. So it's not that I'm 'piggin out'... so I do budget in 'sweets', but in moderation. Thanks again for your tips...FS people really do seem to care...it's amazing.

I found the same thing when I first arrived this summer. So many supportive people. And super encouraging to see others making progress.
