I kicked depression's ass around the block and threw it into a dumpster in the alley this past week!

I'm back into my gym routine 4 days a week of all-out intense lifting!

My appetite and weight are screaming upward, so I are happiness much!

We have one more week at the Puyallup Farmers Market. We’re selling Jess’s baked goods and my smoked meats. Best to come down around 11 am for the meat.
