HIIT was more like HURT today. using No Limit Personal Training online videos. today's was brutal, in a good way, strength and core is the title, Randy is the instructor for those who want to give it a try.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

which videos? I'm looking around in order to pick up my training from tomorrow,

There are training videos under the "video" tab, a bit down the list from the top. You have to move to that tab, not uploads, and school down. They are named with the instructor, a description and time. This one was Randy, strength and core, ~56 min.
