So last week’s stunt cost me 4 pounds. I was already at 231 but eating a 10” pizza by myself and a a couple of puerto rican fritters kicked me back to 235.

I’m back at 231 now. I know I am allowed cheat days but I better avoid making this mistake again.
104.8 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
