Wish it was more, but not complaining. Worked late again during weeknights so only went to gym twice. I'm gonna pull out the stationary bike at home so I have that to do on those nights I wanna get home, yet still get a workout in. Also TOM about over so wondering if this could be a cause of the slowdown since I did eat healthy all week. So, still motivated and doing this!
98.5 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

In my opinion, Self motivation is vital in weight loss along with a positive attitude. It seems to me that you have both. I see your current weight is 98.5 kg which is exactly the weight I aim to be by end of day 18 April. This means I have to lose another 4.2 kg in just 3 weeks. Kiki my friend I now challenge you to match my weight loss target. If you accept my challenge you need to weigh 14.9 by end of day 18 April. I know you can do this but there will be big trouble if you beat me....lol....Do you accept my challenge ??

Okay, challenge accepted!! 😉. That's 4.8489 lbs for me (had to do the calculations from kg to lbs). Let's go, my friend!

I wish I had something at home that I could use to fill in calorie burns on late work days. Almost a pound lost is nothing to sneeze at though, keep up the great work :-)
