When I look in the mirror and see my reflection it mirrors the me that I feel I am and I am at peace with the me that I see. When I see the beauty in you, I see the beauty in me.

Acceptance of myself happened some 44 pounds ago when I decided I am worth the effort. Perfection in mere mortal terms I will never attain and I am okay with this because I have learned to choose to feel good, happy and content with me and my life. Trials and tribulations I experience or witness such the events in Japan enable me to reflect and appreciate my life as I live-it by improving and growing my perception of living in the moment and embracing the NOW. The WHY is not for me to know. I do know each gifted day I am improving upon myself and therefore am stronger and able to give more of myself. I am thankful for new opportunity to live my best life and I have come to realize Love is perfection. TOWANDA!!!

Well Lisa, its nice to realize we are not perfect like the media wants us to think.. As for me I am quite happy the way I am mentally, just still working on self image. I am getting there but very slowly..Have a good evening....Bren

Tired day today. I try not to let the time change effect me but somehow it does. All day I felt like I was walking through neck high water. I wonder if my energy level would have been worse if I pushed and went to the gym or if it would have improved? Each day is so different isn't it? I am making a note to self and am thankful I don't have too many of these kind of daze. TOWANDA!!!

Absolutely stunning journal Lisa!!! - have to write your words on a file card if that's okay. :) Sorry to hear you're feeling tired - proud of you for listening and honouring your needs and feelings by resting instead of pushing yourself. Last night i stayed up late (2am) and the morning was VERY slow. As you say, its all okay - today we've lived our best life. Hope tomorrow you feel better. :)

The time change only effects me for first half day but then its back to normal... Falling back an hour does a good number on me though! Awesome video
