Going back to keto with my nutrition coach. It worked well for me before so hopefully it will work for me again. I’m still lifting weights 4x a week and I can tell my body is losing fat and getting stronger but I am so impatient.
66.8 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
