woo! I'm sure it's just water weight or whatever it's called but just a few days with using the cubii and watching what I eat in makes me happy to see some change!
170.6 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
