Even though it’s not the 4lbs I normally lose I will take it since I made the choice to eat all that cheese. Lesson learned (hopefully)
109.3 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
