Body Pump is a lot of fun this morning! Mary came with me this morning and we met some wonderful ladies who were so nice and willing to reach out and help us with proper form so not to hurt ourselves:) It is amazing how helpful and nice complete strangers can be and how quickly frienships can develop through the gift of giving and sharing. TOWANDA!!!!

Lisa I found the same thing too and thats how I met my friend four years ago and now we do cardio at gym together a few times a week and just hang out.... It does good for motivation as well. The gift of giving and sharing is such a great experience... I am glad your having fun with weight training!!! Proper form is important and so is breathing... If you don't breath right your brains may burst hehehehe
