Your weight over your goal isn’t that much. Maybe your body is fighting you for it.
Try reducing your daily calorie count by another 500 maybe? That should net you another pound per week.

Weight loss generally isn’t supposed to be fast, because if you’re losing say 2-3 pounds a week it means your body isn’t getting the nutrients it needs. Try more protein packed foods with less sugars and Trans fats. Don’t lower your current deficit though, remember that anything lower than 1500 is the nutritional needs of a preteen.

Weight loss is simple. To lose weight eat less. Everything else is you kidding yourself.

Once I started accounting for proper protein intake my weight loss improved. Try at least 1 gram of protein per kg of your weight & keep up with exercises that increase your metabolic heart rate! Biking outside helped the most but I eventually hit a plateau with weight loss too, it happens to everyone. Try making small changes for 1-2 weeks at a time (ex: eating less of one thing or more of another, change in exercise etc) & if something doesn’t work then change it. Solutions also don’t have to be permanent, sometimes things work for a little while & then you have to adapt :)

I'm in the same situation, my doc said I needed to change up my routine, the body gets comfortable with things and you plateau. So I'm going to try keto for a couple months and I'm moving from cardio to more strength training on my work outs.

Slow is actually the preferred method, increases your chances of keeping it off permanently. 1lb a week from my Intervent coach is a goal that is considered realistic.

I track my sodium as well as macros, trying not to exceed 1200g per day. Also 9 - 10 hours sleep makes a difference in weight loss, if you can sleep that long.
