Last week I made many not-so-good food choices. I worked out but not at the level I could have. New week, new attitude. Be well!
78.5 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week
