REGENERATED...The sun is shining once this fog layer removes itself. Yesterday my body was physically struggling because my muscles felt slightly stiff and tired all day long. The news regarding Japan was draining as well. I did a lot of yoga stretches and spurts of cardio through my day but it was like walking in water all day long. Today my plan is to appreciate my home and spiffy things up.

February, we have been noticing a streak of a black cat that frequents our backyard. Our little dogs, Amy 7 and lulu 6 happily chase it away. I cannot believe my eyes how calm the dogs are around her and it is amusing to watch them play and wag their tails around her because they have never had a cat. This cat has managed to befriend our two yipper yappers over this 5 week period which is totally amazing to me.

After school this past Wednesday this social cat made friends with Mary and it was love at first sight. Mary who is definitely the biggest animal lover in the Bivens household takes great care of her gold fish and our two little Chiuhahua Jack Russel Terriers. She was very concerned that this stray had a sand paper tongue and was relieved to find that this is the way cats tongues are made lol and worried about how skinny and messy this stray cat appearance was with strange patches of scars on the back of her legs and the side of her body. Well, Mary did the thing you do when you make friends with a stray. She fed it tuna fish and gave it a bath. Yes, she gave this cat a bath as easily as you would give a two year old toddler who loved the water!!...Again, I am truly at awe here.

Brian has been very adamant that there will be no cats which frustrated Mary because she always wanted and hinted around to have one. Brian said NO Cats Wednesday and by Thursday morning the conditions was turned into "Okay but only outside"! Well guess what CC... (Cool Cat or Crazy Cat) has made a valiant effort to be Mary's cat and has managed to adopt our family and make peace with my husband who has actually let him in this morning because he was knocking at the screen door lol. I am sure there will be more to this saga as we now have to take this one to the vet and get her or him taken care of and we have noticed another straggly black cat with white boots lurking around and suspect that it may be this one's sibling who is definitly very shy compared to this black beauty with beautiful emerald green eyes. What's a mamma to do? TOWANDA!!!!!!

Dogs! Cats! My friend Mike doesn't like dogs - he has two cats - a former friend she hated cats. I like both, dogs less fur floating around the apartment or house. My dog gets along well with cats as the former owner's girlfriend had cats when my dog was a puppy and so my dog Toto lived with cats in the past. She gets along with them better than strange dogs. Have a good weekend. The snow is melting fast here in New England!

6PM but might as well say it is 7PM..(Sigh)..I try not to let the hourly time change affect me but it does. I wish we were like AZ and just kept the same daylight savings time year round as that makes much sense to me. Today was a pleasant surprise as the sun was shining brightly. That body pump exercise is the exercise that keeps giving. Don't dare sit down for too long or your muscles will start to freeze up....I feel like the tin man..."Where is my oil can?" I ended up needing a short nap to regenerate some more as it felt like my muscles had a slight fever. Upon waking up I felt better:)I May go swimming and luxuriate in the hot-tub tonight if I can squeeze it in to my 23 hour day. TOWANDA!!!!

The time change does not bother me that much. I agree about having same time all year round will make it easier on our sleep patterns. Feeling like the tin man??? BUAHAHAHA the longer you do this the better it gets so hang in there Lisa the rewards are many and they are all yours! Try taking in some fish oil as it helps inflammation of the muscles. hot tub sounds nice!!!
