I’ve had a concussion so I haven’t done much of anything. I’m finally starting to feel somewhat normal. I’m kinda sad that taking the rest I needed caused me to not be able to make my September goal , but I’d rather be done with this concussion than anything
85.5 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, I read that you shouldn’t restrict calories when you have a concussion so I’ve been eating at maintenance (or above oops) so I had to sacrifice one aspect of health for another but in the long run I know it’s what’s best for me.
