Spent a week away from home and tried my best to eat more healthier options. I really thought I was going to gain more weight since some of my meals had carbs such as pizza and bread/buns and a few sweets 🍫.
Really happy to be be back home and able to eat more healthier choices 😁😁😁
139.8 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 49.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
