Sundays are difficult for me. The family loves a lunch of cheese and crackers and it’s so many calories! It kills most of the gains I make in the week. But it’s family and we press onward and forward. Have a good weekend

U R dangerous. When I do potatoes now I do 1/2 Cauliflower.. To split the difference..For dinner parties. Yellow Yukon gold + Cauliflower = happiness.
