So today I realized that every pound I lose I just think wow I haven’t been this weight in so long. It’s a very motivating thought and an amazing feeling! My only concern is when is the point where it goes from motivational to an obsession. I know what goal I need to reach and I know how to tell myself enough is enough. I’m just afraid I’m gonna get there and what was meant to make me healthier and make it possible to do the army will become a problem an obsession and then get in my way. Idk if anyone else feels like that sometimes.

May I suggest you do not worry about weight becoming an obsession until you get closer to your goal weight. By then, you may have gotten obsession under control. Best regards,

I used 2b obsessed w/working-out & not gaining fat when I was younger and working as a nutritionist/weight-trainer/body-builder. I was still vain, back then, and I enjoyed looking-fit so much that I used to tell my nephews/nieces that "It hurts to be beautiful" bc it did. I was lifting such heavy-weights, then, that I can't even lift them now if I wanted to. Anyways, what works for some doesn't work for others. It's a frame of mind and a lifestyle too. Choose wisely. Enjoy, stay safe, and happy...Amen =)

Maybe, I should've said, "Choose wisely, Grass-hopper"?! (*_-)

I've had those same thoughts. It's a lot to ponder. But I believe, if you are eating nutritious balanced meals, regularly exercising, and have a positive relationship with your body, you are on the right path. Its up to your body to decide what is a normal stable homeostasis. It's your job to fuel it.
