I don’t get it this week I lost 3lbs and stayed low on calories the past 2 weeks before I cheated 1 day each week and went over my calories and lost 4 lbs both weeks…
110.3 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
