A good day yesterday, but Im a little bloated today. I held off on the coffee until I weighed in this morning and the scale stayed the same. Im sure its sodium and those maple nut goodies I shoved in my mouth last night. That sounds dirty but its just candy and I was pretty mindlessly eating them.

Ive been to the gym TWICE this week! And I pushed myself to use the heavier weights by the third round of the circuit. My goal this time around is not to short myself. Just because something is a little hard or uncomfortable, doesnt mean I shouldnt try the next step. Example- only do modified after exhausting myself with good form. I tend to do modified for planks and push-ups and never even really try to do them on my toes. I want to build up a strong core, and I know that modifying works, but theres no reason other than laziness in my case. Also I might be a bit harsh on myself right now...

I also realized that I need to go back to wrist strengthening exercises and stretches. My wrists were super sore last night and Im going to be hella pissed if I end up hurting myself and have to take it back a notch - when Im just getting back in the game.
120.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 37.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
