Yea!! Broke the 140 today, not sure if it will stay there. I'm sure it's because no energy left to make decent dinners this week. Have lots of food left that I need to take care of today. Slept late as the meds are keeping me awake late. Off to the gym shortly then regular weekend chores since I haven't done much during the week. Won't do the circuit with stair step in between, lungs aren't up to the cardio, just the circuit machines as far as I can make it. Whatever I do it's better than none.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wonderful. I hope I get there sometime this year. If not there's always next year. Congrats. Right now I'm looking toward the 170's..

Thanks, you are doing amazing. I actually started at 190 Sept of 2011 long before I started keeping track here. Then 09/13 started really working on it again after getting health issues back under control, it's felt like a long journey and still need to whip this old body into shape..grins..

CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU! I can only dream about 140 (but I will continue to dream - LOL). Sorry you are still not feeling well, but be patient. The worst is almost over.

Thanks Buffy, you will get there. I'm still way out of shape. Need to get rid of these flabby muscles, will see where my healthy, in shape weight lands. Meds are making me sleepy, may try some weights in the basement instead of driving to the gym today. Safer option. Glad I don't have to work today. Rain/snow on Monday should wash it out of the air. Makes me mad when my body says no you can't.

You sound like u need some cheering up. Take a deep breath and feel good about what u have done so far. I've only been on this site for few days but there is a lot of support here. I joined the gym last Sept. and have only lost 25 lbs. so I talked to my doc. and I started the Atkins way of life Tuesday and I've lost 3 lbs. It sure did make me feel good when I got on that scale.

Kaykay good for you!! Thanks for cheer-up wish. Just one of those weeks that are part of my life, but aggravating that it stops what I can do. Mostly thanks to an awesome doc my asthma is mostly controlled, too much spring stuff flying around in the air. Crazy but I love spring!! Do a bit, then yoga breathing, on here for a few, and back to cleaning house.
