I'm happy with that considering we went out for dinner yesterday. I had a lean steak and only ate 3 chips. the dressing on the salad may have been a calorie bomb though but there was only about 1tbs of it. I also had 3 coke zeros which was still healthier than the beer and sugary drinks that everyone else had.
Its the weekend again the time I always find it hardest to stay on track with my eating but I'm feeling motivated and hopeful!
Evening edit: Saturday went well. I went over with my calories but it was with fruit and a bit of dark chocolate. Tomorrows food is nearly all planned and I aim to eat around 1600 calories.
52.9 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
