Woke at 218# was a lil surprised since I ate out 4 times this weekend, played Pickleball once, took Sunday off and went M/C riding Very hot out, my left arm is sore, I strained it big time on Saturday morning. And I'm DO N OK !
98.9 kg Lost so far: 94.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
