was so afraid to weight myself because of spring break I eat things that were not on my food plain yet I did it smarter then before ,, like only bottom bread for a fish sandwich exc and then when I wasn't out eating I load up on nice fresh salads I'M so Learning 244 to start 223.4 now I stared in November 1 2013 yea 20.06 lbs in six months .I'm Happy Thanks Lord for teaching me and giving me the will to improve Love ya Lord .. Love ya Dolores Lynn Praise God for all the FS Family Bless them Lord Goodnight <3
