Broke a rib on my left side and I haven't burned many calories exercise wise. I didn't know what to expect as far as weight gain or loss. Hope it hangs around for a few days and is the real deal lol
64.4 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I just had a damn tooth extracted and I’m thinking this might be a good time for a 24 hour fast…ugh. Rib injuries suck…heal fast!
