I failed my fasting day yesterday.. My original plan was to keep fasting on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays until I get to my goal weight But if I can prove to myself that I can control myself on feasting days, maybe I will end this IF experiment early.
83.1 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
