Almost halfway to my goal! I had a slower month of loss due to an excess of cheat days. But I am going back on track and staying true to my goal. I will not quit!
83.6 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
