Whatever it was that you made for dinner tonight sounds darn good!

Dinner was a cheese, mushroom and onion quesedilla and a large salad with fresh veggies and balsalmic vinegar for dressing. 1/2 cup milk in my coffee substitute. It was really filling. I saute the mushrooms and onions and keep in the refrigerator to add to any dish that is better with them. It is a quick and easy dinner. J
