Good Morning

Well went camping for few days did a little less eating more exercise and a little more alcohol and dropped some weigh really don't get it but It was nice to see anumber I have been trying to get to for along time. 2 pounds and I get to my goal. Fingers crossed.
64.3 kg Lost so far: 46.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
