Woke at 217# seems my WOE is working correctly with IF did not expect the additional extra #1 loss, was working out side and sweating yesterday to , I'm sure I will put a few #s back on as to Labor day cookouts etc, Enjoy your Holiday and I'm DO N OK !!
98.4 kg Lost so far: 95.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
