Gained 4 lbs this week. 1 day of bad eating is NOT gonna derail me though! I am back at it. 💓

Was it saturated with carbs? I binged 2 days of Oreos and cereal. Gained 4 then lost it. Mostly water from salt and sugar. You'll be fine. Fluctuations are normal. Unless your me then they're extreme and fun to watch. 😁😁

That is what I am thinking too. I think mine was primarily salt. I went on a dill pickle rampage and then overate on the stuffed mushrooms. They were fine on the carb count for 1, if you can eat just one, lol!

Yeah no. I buy smaller containers of stuff on purpose. Once I break a seal it's challenge accepted. 🤣😂🤣
