OK got back from vacation very excited at 143 then back up 4 pounds!! was actually eating ok although lots of nuts, no drinking....

I am home cooking for 1 so maybe eating too much? I will definitely start writing everything down again. I guess I have not been as strict on my not eating hours.... I really have no idea why I gained those pounds back I actually though I would have lost weight been cool and the week before i had alot of water weight in my legs from the heat and now its cool.

Any thoughts??

Hmm I would have thought that from vacation ...I have been trying for over a year to get to 140 and I just can't seen to get there....

I usually eat too much “healthy” food so maybe portion size? 🤷 Whatever it is, I hope you find what works for you!

Agree I think I have gotten into eating way too many nuts. I went back to writing down what I ate and that usually is a huge help...
