This week has been quite the challenge so I may not be thrilled with the results, but it's lower again. I need 3.4 lbs lost to hit my Monday goal. I guess with people just showing up this week, I'll have to pretend I'm not home to stay on track.
112.3 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 37.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
