So today is an absolute F*** it day. I woke up angry and feeling like nothing mattered for no reason. I'm ignoring the carb thing today. I'm going to be well over the CDC recommendations. I didn't get fat from one day bad eating and I won't gain a lot by one day either. I had a candy bar and a bag of Doritos for breakfast ...(no I'm not an unsupervised 12 year old... tho I agree it seems like it) and I'm thinking of having turkey burgers on actual gluten free bread (shock horror) for dinner. Hell even my cheat days are gluten free so I guess that's something. Oh well back to it tomorrow.
134.7 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

nicely stated, remember this is what restrictive diets do. I feel your frustration, so much of weight loss is balance. Diet is huge for sure, but a strong mind and body will go the distance when food frustration punches you in the gut. you got this, enjoy the food, even the gluten free buns, and get back in the ring tomorrow. :)
