Yeah, LC, my math must be way off... had a seriously intense 1-hour workout. Other than that, just a lazy day with fairly minimal effort. Just hung a ceiling fan that took an hour.

Conservatively consumed 4200 calories (those pupusas were so much greasier than FS have them credit for lol) and even slightly exaggerated my calories burned to eat up (pun intended) the buffer.

All in all, I lost again. But things like sleeping/resting a lot, tons of water, and poops or no poops influence the scale's decision more than the calories from one day to the next.

That's why I HAVE TO track weekly numbers or else I'll look like some freak on paper, day-to-day.

Do not worry, fellow metabolic freak, I actually have to track MONTHLY (because unlike you, I have some other crazy hormonal fluctuations that make everything even more confusing) otherwise even going by the week, people will think I typically lose 0.2lbs while consuming nearly 2700 calories. Or it could just be explained by - CICO isn't real! I will say, though, that while simple as a concept, it's very hard to pin down the numbers in practice.

I used to be jealous of your metabolism. Now I know you can either be more active or not and that's what it comes down to.

Just don't drink water, poop, or sleep and it's easy to track.
