Steady goes it!
I'm still at 154 lbs. I think it's because I started taking a Statistics class on Saturdays. Since I work Monday through Friday, I find it difficult to find time too study.
I'll find balance soon. I'll figure out how to balance full time employment with a college class. It just needs some getting used to.
Still logging. Still drinking water. Still pushing myself (lovingly) to eat more veggies daily. Still walking as much as I can. :-)
