It seems i got carried away with the recipes twards the end of the week. I ate three meals, and had two snacks and then a day later instead of loosing i gained two pounds back. Will have refigured my claoric intake amounts. Also i didnt drink any cinnomon tea those two days and i think i need to go back to drinking my cinnomon tea Any suggestions?
