Goal is to try to lose 30 pounds by November 1st, it’s possible if I continue to eat low calorie and low carb. Just have to keep tracking everyday, regardless of whether eat too much that day. It’s a lot harder to overeat when I force myself to log all my food.
97.7 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 49.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
