I haven't weighed myself lately because I knew there would be a gain. I had to get my mind ready and that's my business. 2+ months of not really tracking and having some bad eating days. I expected way more of a gain to be honest. I've got to get back to tracking everything though because it really helps me.
127.2 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 27.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
