59Carol's Journal, 07 Aug 21

This was a fairly consistent week. I lost one pound. I spiked upward the first couple of days and then have slowly trended downward with this same weight for 3 days in a row. I have been eating consistently with very few highs and lows.

Last week my highest calorie intake subtract my lowest calorie intake was a difference of 400 calories and this week highest minus lowest was 170 calories. Last week I spiked up into the 'red zone' (100 extra calories in a day) 3 times and this week no 'red zone' at all. I do find that consistancy is key for me. Avoiding highs and lows is the best plan!

This week the fellows continued to work on the outside of my house. They got the 'out of reach' (for me) siding down, trenched and connected two underground electrical lines, and have begun constructing the deck extension out front. Things are taking shape! I met with the stucco lady and have chosen the stone I want - I hope we can get it in. Things are moving apace!
