Looks like I've found the stable point that I've been working on finding for a couple of weeks now. Clothes are starting to fit well too, so I'm adding muscle and losing fat. Now comes the job of going after those last 10 lbs. Slow and steady.......
73.0 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
