Early weigh in & still down 😁 I did my yoga/ toning exercises yesterday....in the sun room cause the deck was wet. No walk cause of the rain. I was out before bedtime giving the gardens a spray with deer repellant again. Hubby took the dogs out & said there were 5 deer outside. I thought about it for a minute & decided not to tempt fate. It had rained pretty hard. When I went out....they were there....looking hungry 😉🦌

Our heating/ air guy came & blew out the lines on the unit in the attic this morning. He didn't even charge us! Surprised but I guess we've given him enough business over the years.

Went to the grocery store and we're all restocked with meat, fish & veggies. I bought fresh tuna, tilapia, frozen shrimp, chicken, bone in porkchops, turkey sausage & a pizza. Corn on the cob, green beans, broccoli, baby carrots, brussels sprouts, lettuce, cucumber, mini sweet peppers, avocado & onions all found their way into the cart, as well as nectarines & blueberries.

Hubby wants pizza for dinner. The only thin crust was the meat trio so I'll add some veggies to it.

I bought a bag of bird feed, too. Our feeder has been crazy busy!! Whole families of Cardinals (all ages), the Red headed woodpecker, Blue Jays, Titmice, Finches & Nuthatches have been showing up. 💕💖

Time for our afternoon walk so I'll wrap it up for now.
64.1 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
