zebdavison's Journal, 28 Feb 14

So, I did very well on my macros yesterday - hit every one, almost dead on. That, combined with the prior day's amazing deficit netted me today's big weight loss. There's probably some fluidity going on in that number, too.

LGLCHF is working for me, it would seem. Of course, my renewed commitment to lifting weights might also be working for me. And that is only possible because my general activity level has been up. And I owe that to my very-much-improved knee, which I owe to my very good doctor, Cary Motz, MD.

Today I need to decide whether to give myself a little reward for my success of the past two weeks (emphasis: little), or do I go all out to get a huge deficit, because the weekend is when I usually get into trouble. I guess I'll plan for the large deficit, but, I might reward myself a little anyway. (Let's face it, I give myself little rewards all the time - it keeps me sane :).)
