well, some downward movement this week. had to happen sooner or later with the calorie deficit i've been running. hitting the rowing machine for 25 minute sessions at least 5 times a week has me feeling better than i've felt in years. blood sugar control is excellent, hoping to cut back meds some more in the next week or so. all in all, an excellent week.
100.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
