I think that’s my stressed out weight. Just getting back to my normal routine now, #1 son is in mental health treatment for hopefully a couple months.

95.0 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg. Still to go: 20.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 4.4 kg a Week
