Still hard to get my 10 servings/day of veggies, but can get 8 pretty easily by cooking up some frozen varieties midday. 4 servings with a can of albacore and hemp hearts makes a great meal.

Glad you made this comment. I am going to pull that book right now and try to determine how many servings I am eating. I know a cup of lettuce counts less than a cup of green beans.
